What is RS COIN?

RS COIN is a dual-chain digital asset ecosystem. RS-CORE is the fixed-supply governance asset on Ethereum. RS-FLOW is a separate elastic utility token on Solana with no voting authority. Credential NFTs record access. A canonical bridge is designed to move RS-CORE representation without duplicating governance. A Reserve Engine is intended to govern RS-FLOW issuance under hard safety rules.

Tokens are passive primitives. Pricing, reserve, and governance execution do not live inside the token contracts.

No mainnet deployment. Independent audit has not been completed.

Canonical fixed-supply governance asset. Ethereum is the canonical issuance chain. Solana holds an NTT-managed representation only — never a second governance authority.

Ethereum + Solana

Ethereum holds canonical RS-CORE. Solana holds RS-FLOW and an NTT-managed RS-CORE representation. The two tokens are not interchangeable and must not be visually or conceptually blurred.

Fixed 25,000,000,000 supply. 18 decimals. Governance weight lives here. Bridging locks canonical units in escrow; it does not create a second issuer.

Solana

RS-FLOW and representation

RS-FLOW is the elastic utility primitive. Bridged RS-CORE on Solana is a representation only and must not duplicate governance voting power.

Canonical dual-chain bridge implementation completed and validated on test networks.

Reserve Engine

RS-FLOW economic issuance is intended to pass through a Reserve architecture with hard safety rules. The platform currently exposes an integration surface; the engine is not an active production controller.

Security / Governance

Critical functions are designed for contract-held multisig authorities. Wrapped RS-CORE must not vote. Mainnet remains gated on an independent audit that has not been completed.

  • RS-CORE roles are held by distinct multisig contracts on Sepolia.
  • RS-FLOW mint and freeze authorities are multisig accounts on Solana devnet.
  • Bridge design includes pause, rate limits, and replay protection.
  • No third-party audit has been completed. Mainnet is not activated.

Test-network addresses that exist in this repository are published. Unknown production addresses are labeled “Published at activation” rather than fabricated.

RS-CORE deployment

Fixed 25,000,000,000 supply token deployed on Ethereum Sepolia. Minting sealed. Distinct multisig admin, compliance, and pauser authorities.

RS-FLOW foundation

Complete

Solana SPL mint on devnet with multisig mint and freeze authorities. Strictly non-governance. Founder circulation routing to a designated wallet.

Dual-chain bridge

In review

Canonical Ethereum escrow → Wormhole VAA → Solana NTT Manager path has completed its accepted testnet engineering milestone. Not mainnet-live.

Reserve foundation

In development

Platform integration surface (status, config, events, health) exists. Reserve Controller, Vault enforcement, and economic issuance policy remain in development.

Production hardening

In development

Authority structure, fail-closed environment validation, and testnet operations are in place. Independent audit, mainnet authority handoff, and production key management remain outstanding.
