Transparency

Public verification materials for RS COIN. Test-network deployments, in-development systems, and planned work are listed separately. Production mainnet is not activated.

Subsystem status

RS-CORE

Ethereum Sepolia deployment complete. Supply sealed. Multisig authorities in place.

Test network

RS-FLOW

Solana devnet mint live. Non-governance. Multisig mint and freeze authorities in place.

Test network

Bridge

Canonical dual-chain bridge implementation completed and validated on test networks.

Test network

Credential Infrastructure

Payment-to-credential issuance, validation, revocation, expiration, reissue, and audit trail are implemented and exercised on test networks.

Test network

Reserve Architecture

Platform integration surface exists. The Reserve Engine itself remains in development and is not an active production controller.

Governance and authority handoffs

On Ethereum Sepolia, RS-CORE admin, compliance, and pauser roles are distinct multisig contracts. On Solana devnet, RS-FLOW mint and freeze authorities are multisig accounts. Authority handoff to production key holders is not represented as complete. Mainnet authorities are unpublished.

Canonical allocation vs testnet constructor

Canonical RS-CORE allocation. Total supply 25,000,000,000. Percents sum to 100.

The seven-category table is the approved canonical RS-CORE allocation for public presentation. Vesting, unlock schedules, cliffs, and production wallet addresses are not published here. The Sepolia testnet constructor used a four-recipient split; that testnet fact is disclosed separately under Transparency.

  • Founder: 12% — Personal founder wallet at construction.
  • Stewardship Vault: 10% — Named stewardship vault in the testnet constructor.
  • Presale: 5% — Presale vault at construction.
  • Treasury / remainder: 73% — Remainder minted to the treasury vault.

Testing

Credential issuance has been exercised on test networks. RS-CORE and RS-FLOW deployments are test-network. The canonical bridge implementation has completed its accepted testnet engineering milestone. None of that is a mainnet claim.
