Credentials represent verified access, entitlement, or permission state. They are separate from RS-CORE ownership and do not confer governance weight or a financial return.

Highest published access / entitlement tier.

Lifecycle

  1. 01

    Payment

    A permitted payment is submitted through the issuance path.

  2. 02

    Verified fulfillment

    Fulfillment is confirmed before a credential is treated as issued.

  3. 03

    Credential issuance

    A tiered Credential NFT is written as the access record.

  4. 04

    Validation

    Services check the credential for current, unrevoked entitlement.

  5. 05

    Revocation

    Administrators can revoke a credential; revoked state is denied on subsequent checks.

  6. 06

    Expiration

    Credentials can expire. Expired state is not treated as valid access.

  7. 07

    Reissue

    A replacement credential can be issued under administrative control.

  8. 08

    Administrative oversight

    Upgrade, extend, revoke, and reissue are operator-controlled actions.

    Audit trail

    Issuance and administrative actions are recorded for later review.

What a credential is not

  • — Not silently transferable. Credentials are designed as access rights.
